Candy-Coated Chocolate Close-up

Posted by kairospix (Singapore, Singapore) on 23 April 2007 in Miscellaneous and Portfolio.

Today, I shot 10 shots of the candy-coated chocolates that I would usually give to my students when they participate in class quizzes.

This was the sharpest of the 10 shots. But I think it could be even sharper.

The G6 has this quirkiness of switching to medium size jpeg when the Super-Macro mode is chosen. And interestingly the EXIF does not show the shooting mode and iso used.

While I could still check the shooting mode used by looking at the dial on the camera, I can't remember if this picture was taken using iso 200 or 400 since I took several shots using different iso. So the iso was either 200 or 400.

I like the rich play of colours which makes for an interesting picture.

This is also my first picture using PP CS2 to add a border around it. I think it didn't turn out too bad!
