Life can be like a whirlwind when so many things and issues come your way. Like the blurred lights in this shot, the flurry of meeting the demands of daily living can cause things to become less clear and less focused.
While in photography having a blurred image can create a nice abstract to look at, I wonder if the analogy can be the same in life. I guess that would really depend on each individual.
To some having such an “abstract” blur in life can be very stressful and may even be detrimental to one’s life. But to others such blur adds interesting flavours and twists to their otherwise mundane lives.
So which do you prefer? :)

I prefer blurs that bring excitement into my life - which I won't eventually regret of course. Too much to ask for? Haha :)

Beautiful photo Kairospix, great abstract with wonderful colors! Regarding your question, I prefer balance or mixture, a bit from the "focused" lights and a bit from the "blurred" lights, a way to express reality, capture the world as it is and also a constant search for abstraction. I believe that an artist needs from both lights, to be sensitive, know where to find them, when to use them and learn how to mix them to produce interesting, beautiful and creative artwork!

that's the way our eyes would see it but the mind puts everything into focus. Just one item in focus helps make a good blurred picture.

Great shot! Life does seem blurry sometimes...but if it wasn't, it would be pretty boring. Besides...we learn a lot more from the challenges we face then from our daily routines.

le flou crée l'abstrait. la lumière et la couleur ajoute l'art

I think people only can function well if everything is clear and planned. I think it's more the change and aberration from what's experienced as clear and planned what makes people stressed. Some people can bear more deviations and changes (more blurring) than others can because they see that behind the blurring there must be a firm light that supports them in their "dark strivings" to follow the right path (again, Goethe in Faust). People who cannot bear "blurring" changes think that continuity of what exists is the light itself.
