Life – Water Drop In Solitude

Posted by kairospix (Singapore, Singapore) on 20 July 2007 in Miscellaneous and Portfolio.

It’s Friday! Soon the weekend cometh forth!

Most people would spend their weekends with family and close friends eating, shopping, watching a movie or activities as such.

I do that too! But I guess for me I’m the kind of person who likes to have quiet times of solitude.

But does it mean that when there are people around you can’t have solitude? Well I guess it really depends on your mental state of mind. While it does help if you can be by yourself in times of solitude but one can still have moments of mental solitude even with many people around you.

That’s what this shot of the big water drop in solitude seem to convey as although it’s snugly nestled within the pull-ring of a can of pepsi light, you can still see many tiny little droplets of condensation around it. But there is that little empty bit of buffer zone to one side between the big water droplet and the rest of the tiny droplets around it, which seem to imply that when you have a certain mental state of mind you can still enter the zone of solitude even when there are many present. :)

Have a great week end in solitude or otherwise. Cheers!
