Life – Unusable Water Tap

It was enriching reading what are some of the safety valves that some of you use to release pent up pressures as I read the comments for yesterday's shot. Wonderful! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Today's shot is also about pent up pressure but this time on a more postive note - your hidden potential...

In today's shot you see a water tap that has the potential to unleash fresh water into the fountain pool once it’s turned on.

But alas this is an unusable water tap because the turnstile to turn on the tap is missing. So much potential to release fresh water yet it can not be realized all because the water tap is unusable.

I guess it reflects what it’s like in life too as many of us actually have so much potential but because for some reason our turnstiles are missing, our potential remains untapped.

So why are our turnstiles missing? Is it because we can never imagine that we can be more than we currently are? Or is it because we are too afraid to fail, so we hide our turnstiles and play it safe?

It’s always scary to try something new but we will never really know our real potential until we try.

Maybe it’s time to look for our turnstiles put it onto the unusable water tap, take the courage to turn it on and unleash our untapped fresh water!
