In today’s shot you see these roots in the water. I bet it goes all the way down into the floor-bed of the small lake at Punggol Park, anchoring itself to something firm.
Roots – they give you a sense of stability and security. We all need roots in our lives to anchor ourselves to so as not to lose our bearings in life.

The middle knob seems a tad overblown. But I love the overall composition!

Great shot! - I especially like the darkness of the water - perfectly represents how we know that there are roots there but we don't know exactly what or where they are :)
