We have Children’s Day. We have Father’s Day. We have Mother’s Day. So I thought why not a Parents’ Day and have it a day after Children’s Day. After all parents play such an important role in bringing up their children and that not easy.
So today I thought I would honour parents all over the world with this shot of praying parents by the water.
I guess sometimes parents can come to their wits end as to how best to parent their children especially when they begin to exert their individualities. Parents know that being finite people they do not have all the answers. And so they pray and ask for wisdom to make the right decisions in raising their children.
And they do not pray alone, they pray and work together like how this couple is doing.
Parenting isn’t easy. So let’s give responsible parents all over the world the due respect and salute them.

wow,how did u find this pair oF praying parents! What a lovely moment you have captured Kai! You know,after a friend died recently from childbirth,i wake up everyday thank God for each breath i have to be able to take care of my family. The baby survived but are unable to move his muscles. And when i see Caleb and Ian stretching out their arms to me,i thank God for things we so have taken for granted.You are so right,we dont have all the answers,and sometimes it just dawned on me how finite we are.Thank you for this wonderful post today,i take it is for me too.:)
