It’s interesting how this sign puts it regarding water safety - “Are you water smart?”
It would seem that being smart means knowing how to keep yourself survive and making sure you are safe.
I guess in many ways we all need to be smart in life too.

Heh, interesting question to ask. I don't think anyone can ever really be life smart. We all make stupid decisions unfortunately. Beautiful tones on this image though. :)
