Sometimes life can be though and you get pricked.


And sometimes they come in pairs like the twin barbs shown in this shot. Double ouch!


While pain is something to be enjoyed yet we need to learn to welcome them because they can prevent us from going further into greater danger. Imagine what will happen if you feel no pain when the sole of your foot was cut by broken glass and you didn’t noticed it? I think you get the idea.


So welcome pain as your friend, painful as they may be. For they are there to raise the alarm that it’s time to make changes for the better.
